Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions for Tehnikum Restaurant
1. General Terms
The gift certificate is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The certificate is valid only for use at the “Tehnikum” restaurant in Novosibirsk.
2. Purchase Process
Payment for the certificate is made at the “Tehnikum” restaurant at: Novosibirsk, Sovetskaya St., 18.
The minimum certificate amount is 3,000 RUB.
3. Use in the Restaurant
When booking a table, please inform the staff that you have a certificate.
The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
The certificate cannot be used together with the restaurant’s discount card.
4. Important Restrictions and Conditions
If the bill amount is less than the certificate’s face value, the remaining balance stays on the account and can be used during the next visit.
If the bill amount exceeds the certificate’s face value, the guest pays the difference by bank card or in cash.
The certificate cannot be used to pay for: tips, property damage, or broken dishware.
If the certificate is lost, it cannot be reissued.

- Seating in the restaurant is arranged upon arrival. We always do our best to accommodate your preferences!
- Please note that professional photo and video shooting using flash or additional equipment is not allowed.
- Table decoration is discussed individually; balloons are not permitted.
- Use of cold sparkles and fireworks is prohibited.
- We are happy to welcome your pets if their weight does not exceed 4 kg.
- Table reservations are held for 15 minutes; in case of delay, we kindly ask you to inform us.
- Wearing outerwear inside the restaurant hall is not allowed.
